Zeev brings over 18 years of experience investing and building businesses across sustainable infrastructure, cities, and communities. He began his career at Goldman Sachs before serving as an investor for the Will Smith Family Office. Most recently Zeev launched the first climate credit strategy at Third Sphere. Zeev is an inaugural member of Climate Vine and has been recognized for his leadership at the intersection of credit and climate innovation. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern, a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and trained at the renowned Bollettieri Academy.

Amelia provides institutional expertise in private credit, having spent six years at PGIM Private Alternatives, where she deployed over $1 billion in investment-grade corporate loans, asset-backed credit, and lower-middle market mezzanine lending. She was a founding member of Ethic’s Nature-Based Solutions Fund, helping establish nature as an investable asset class. A CFA charterholder and CELI graduate, Amelia is passionate about building systems that enable climate solutions to scale. She holds degrees in Economics, Business Administration, and Spanish Language & Literature from UC Berkeley, where she was also a two-time NCAA champion, division I rower.

Paul brings two decades of experience in structured credit, community development, and energy investing, with deep expertise in retail energy markets, hedging, trading, and risk management. He has served as a fund manager and founding member at V3, Vantage, and VMAC, leading credit strategies that bridged traditional finance and emerging energy markets. Paul is NY Bar certified and holds a law degree from St. John’s University and an undergraduate degree from Boston College, where he competed as a Division I sailor.
